One of our clients asked us to manage an implementation project for an ERP system which he chose himself.
We started by analyzing the existing situation and writing a requirements document, we were presented with the selected product and discovered that the product chosen by the client did not fit his current needs, and will fit even less for the expected needs in the next year/two years.
We decided to take a step back, analyze the alternative options on the market based on the client’s needs, and chose a different system to move forward with.
