The Polybid Group decided to make a revolution in the field of information systems, with the understanding that information systems are a tool for efficiency, transparency, process management and the management of an organization in an effective way.
The project included several information systems:
- An ERP system – industrial Priority, replacing the old Ardom system
- An MES-Shopfloor – online system implemented by the Magma Group
- An application for warehouse management – NegevSoft
- A distribution application – NegevSoft
- A PlanIT system – for production planning
- A computerized document system – Eshkol
We carried out the project gradually. We started with the Mivne Darom plant. After three months we continued to the Bidtech plant, and four months later, we went live with the main plant – Polybid.
The video was filmed before and after the project went live in the main plant. The process is told by the CFO, Hanan Tubul, and the purchasing and logistics manager, Shaked Faran.
