What’s new in the ERP world?

This annual conference is one of the few high-quality events where you can explore a variety of the leading ERP solutions in Israel in the same space. So what’s new?

INFOR, Manny Davidov – Head of Business Operations, delivered his talk in a video (in the post-COVID era, he was received with an understanding smile).
Before him, Michal Kochavi, VP and head of the ERP program at Elbit, spoke about the implementation of the system in Elbit factories, through implementers from around the world.

INFOR is a global company. The uniqueness of the system is that it provides vertical solutions in many areas and sub-areas in organization and production management, such as electronics (the security sector, industrial, semiconductors…) aviation, retail…

The goal is to give a ready and deep solution to organizations to a large extent, and make minimal changes and adjustments.

The company invests heavily in globalization and localizations all over the world.
Microsoft Dynamics, Irit Shilo – Abra Marketing Manager – stated that Microsoft emphasizes the issue of business applications. Abra is a partner that implements a variety of solutions and
has about 250 clients over Microsoft’s platforms.
The emphasis is on digital experience and user comfort. The idea is that there is no ERP/CRM, but rather there are applications for managing the organization, services, sales, customers, suppliers… all of which connect easily and produce a large database. Above that there is a platform for dashboards (Power BI). The Power Apps platform allows you to easily build applications. This solution is easy and requires almost no development personnel – Power Automate allows for easy integrations.

The systems are easy, simple and available in Hebrew, and provide a simple and innovative solution for digital transformation.
Priority, Lina Bichachi – Priority’s approach is that ERP’s no longer provide a solution for all the needs of an organization. ERP users are also the suppliers and customers of an organization, they influence the content.

The ERP will be used at the core of an organization, and around it, systems will be connected that will provide solutions for the various needs. Priority puts an emphasis on the cloud (stored in AWS). Another emphasis is on mobiles for the sales agents, service personnel, drivers and more. That is why Priority recently purchased “Soft Solution”.

One of the important things is the flexibility and openness – which consists of three layers: firstly, the platform layer, secondly, ready-made connectors of various companies that have integration with Priority. And thirdly, the upper layer – connectors that Priority realizes itself for existing systems in the market (recently, for example, Priority developed an integration for Bank Leumi).

Priority invests a lot in connecting the person to the system – through applications, message integration and WhatsApp.

Priority invests in automation development: RPA enables the recording of a process consisting of operations on different screens, a business rules mechanism, automatic data entry can be defined using a data generator.
The system learns from the user through a number of questions in the setup regarding his needs, and reveals to him only the relevant menus. The AI system enables the user to hide and show menus and shortcuts according to the user’s most frequent use.

Hashavshevet, CEO – Assaf Avrahami – The company was recently bought by the Hilan Group. The system has about 40,000 clients. It is a simple system whose aim is for the organization to be able to work alone, without implementation and without development.

Using AI, the system floods anomalous data faults and problems for users. The system has a web version that is stored on AWS, and a BI layer was also added, which allows users to view the dashboards and analyze the data.
