It is so difficult and important to say thank you
Tonight I was invited to a company event at one of the companies where I managed a large logistics center transfer project. During my life I move between many projects, meet a lot of people, work with chief information officers and management in moments of crisis, overcome these moments together, usually go our separate ways and I move on to the next project.

This complete trust given by the management on its part, and the resources given by me and my fellow staff, create a feeling of a united team of all of us together.
And then… a drop in tension, we all relax, return to our daily lives and busy routines, and as always we forget again – “of all the moments in time to find one to hold onto to say that we have arrived” (Idan Raichel) and… a few months pass.

…So, back to the company event, where, as always, I feel like a guest, because I’m always an integral part, but also really not, and the truth is that this is not a feeling I like very much.
And suddenly… a review of what has happened and plans for the future, and then the CEO surprises me with a photo of me and my team in the project on a slide, with an explanation of what we did, the significant contribution we made to the company’s leap forward, and words of thanks.

How heartwarming.

Thank you🙏

You touched my heart ❤️
